How do I submit a new order?

Email your art, size counts, color info, and garment style to xLVACx@gmail.com. Lots of first timers like to call and chat for a bit before jumping into the process, which is perfectly fine, but fire up your email in the meantime, because you’ll likely end up there after our phone conversation concludes.

What forms of payment do you accept? When do I pay you?

Paypal, check, money order, cash, credit cards, or venmo are all acceptable. Standard routine is 50% up front with balance due on completion.

What are the acceptable file formats and specs for art?

We prefer 300 DPI or vector files and can work with PSD, PDF, AI, TIF, EPS, and JPG formats. If not submitting vector files, your dimensions should approximately reflect what you want the print size to be.

I’ve got an idea, but I’m not an artist! Do you have graphic designers that can help?

We can most likely help you out, yes. Our team is fairly small, but we’ve got some very talented folks on board that can bring your ideas to life. Graphic design help is billed at $30/hr. Every job includes 30 minutes of art services for free.

Can you print half tones?

Yes, but let us convert the image. We have a lot more experience with converting images to half tones, so we know best how to get everything dialed in for the different mesh counts, inks, and garments involved in printing your art!

What are your max print dimensions?

Our max print is 15” wide x 17.5” long

How much do you charge for setup?

Our screen setup fee is $15 per screen. Setup is waived on all orders of 36+ when using American made garments. We also waive it on all other orders of 100 or more pieces.

What ink colors do you offer? Can you match my specific pantone colors?

We’ve got a list of house colors that you can choose from at no extra charge. If you need something outside of that list, we will mix specific pantones for $15 each.

What brands/styles can you get?

We can source a ton of different brands and styles, so it’s very likely we’ll have the right style for your job. We can even get organic and/or American made goods. Our most popular brands are Gildan, Jerzees, Next Level, Royal Apparel, Tultex, and Bella+Canvas.

Can I order a printed sample?

No. We send out a digital proof with every job, but cannot provide printed samples.

What is your turnaround?

Our standard turn is 10 business days (two weeks). That countdown begins when all details are finalized and a deposit is placed, not at initial contact. Keep in mind that this is an approximation, not an ironclad guarantee. If you have a specific due date, be sure to talk to us about it when placing your order.

I need my shirts in a hurry! Do you offer rush services?

Yes, as long as we have the flexibility in our schedule. Rush fees are based on the speed you need and the size of your order. All rush jobs must be paid in full before production starts.

  • 100% premium for 1 day turnaround
  • 50% premium for 2 day turnaround
  • 25% premium for 3-4 day turnaround
  • 15% premium for 5-6 day turn around

Will you ship shirts to me? Do you deliver? How do I get my shirts??

We are able to ship all over the US, but we generally do not deliver because were are a small team and our hands are usually full. Local folks are absolutely welcome to come pick up their completed orders.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, we maintain a 12 piece minimum for all single print orders and a 20 piece minimum for art with multiple colors or print locations.

Do I need to order by dozens?

Nope. The minimum order is 12 piece and there’s a price break at 36, but you can order any quantity and any combination of sizes you want. Need 8 smalls and 27 mediums and 42 larges? No problem!

My order was a missing a few pieces when I opened the box. What happened?

All orders can have up to 5% under run. Sometimes shirts get damaged during printing or even show up with a hole or a bad seam. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that you will receive 100% of the garments in your order. We strongly recommend ordering a few extras to account for this possibility. We always strive to give you everything you ordered, however, if there is a shortage with your order, we will refund or credit you for the difference.

Do you offer contract printing?

We do! Contact us for terms and pricing.

I have my own shirts, will you print on them?

Yes, but we recommend you talk to us before making any purchases.

Can you print on anything other than shirts?

Most definitely. We’ve printed tote bags, aprons, dog clothes, vinyl records, gig posters, guitar pedals, drawstring bags, towels, pillowcases, hats, flour bags, cardboard boxes… and the list goes on. If you’ve got a wacky idea, run it by us. Even if we can’t help you, maybe we can point you in the right direction.

What kind of dogs are those? Do you shave them?!?
